Order Processing
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Because plants require careful packaging and preparation, orders may sometimes take slightly longer during periods of high demand. We aim to process every order as quickly as possible while ensuring that each plant is packed securely.
Customers will receive a confirmation message once the order has been shipped.
Packaging of Plants
Every plant is carefully packaged to minimize stress during transit.
Our packaging process may include:

Shipping Locations
Currently, Inside Avenue ships within India. Availability of shipping to certain regions may depend on courier service coverage and local delivery conditions.
Due to agricultural regulations and plant safety concerns, international shipping of live plants is not available at this time.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times depend on the customer’s location:
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Other cities and towns: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or regional logistics issues.
Plant Condition During Delivery
Plants are living items and may experience minor changes during shipping, such as:
- Slight bending of leaves
- Small soil displacement
- Temporary dryness due to transit
These are normal and plants usually recover quickly once placed in proper conditions and watered appropriately.
Delivery Guidelines
To ensure the best experience, customers are encouraged to:
- Unpack plants as soon as possible after delivery
- Water the plant if the soil feels dry
- Place the plant in a suitable environment based on its care requirements
Proper care after delivery helps plants recover from shipping stress.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If a plant arrives severely damaged or an incorrect product is delivered, customers should contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Weather and Seasonal Considerations
Extreme temperatures can sometimes affect plants during transit. In rare cases, shipments may be delayed to protect plant health during severe weather conditions.
