1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 48-hour return window from the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The plant must be in the same condition as delivered.
- You must provide clear photos or videos of the issue as proof.
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. No Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds.
- All approved cases will be handled through replacement only.
- No monetary refunds, partial refunds, or store credits will be issued.
3. Replacement Policy
We provide replacements only under the following conditions:
- The plant arrived damaged or dead
- You received the wrong plant
- The product is significantly different from what was ordered
If your request is approved:
- A replacement plant will be shipped at no additional cost.
- Replacement processing may take [1–2 business days].
4. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer returns or replacements in the following situations:
- Natural variations in size, color, or shape of plants
- Minor soil spillage during transit
- Damage due to improper care after delivery
- Delay in reporting beyond the 48-hour window
