Refund Policy

Inside Avenue sells live plants, including indoor plants, small trees, and flowering plants. Because plants are living products, they require special handling and may respond differently to shipping conditions and environmental changes.

For this reason, our refund and replacement policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining the health and safety of our plants.

Plant Condition on Arrival

We take great care to package plants securely so they arrive in good condition. However, minor cosmetic changes during transit are normal for live plants.

Examples of normal transit effects include:

  • Slight bending of leaves
  • Minor soil displacement
  • Temporary dryness
  • Small leaf drop

These conditions usually improve once the plant is unpacked, watered, and placed in a suitable environment.

Such minor changes do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Damaged Plants During Delivery

If a plant arrives severely damaged or broken during shipping, customers may request a replacement or refund.

To report a damaged plant, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the plant
  • Photos of the packaging

Our team will review the request and determine the best solution.

Replacement Policy

In most cases, we offer a replacement plant instead of a refund when damage occurs during shipping.

If the same plant is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A similar plant of equal value
  • Store credit
  • A refund if replacement is not possible

Non-Returnable Products

Because plants are living products that can be affected by handling and environment, we do not accept returns of plants once delivered.

Plants that have been cared for incorrectly after delivery are also not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong plant or product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method used during checkout. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are encouraged to unpack plants immediately after delivery and follow basic care instructions. Proper care after delivery helps plants recover from any temporary shipping stress.
